Littlehampton Harbour Park

Littlehampton Swimming & Sports Centre

The award winning Littlehampton Swimming & Sports Centre is located nearby to Sea Breeze, on Littlehampton seafront, offering a variety of activities including Health suite including an 8 seater sauna and one RUVA sunbed, 2 storey enhanced ToneZone Fitness Suite, Squash court, Holiday children’s club room. Multi purpose sports hall.

Littlehampton Boating Lake

Originally the Oyster pond was used to house local fishermen’s (predominantly shellfish) catches. It acquired its name due to the fishermen storing large amounts of oysters in the pond. It was converted into a boating lake in the late 1870s. There was a very active model yacht club in the town in the 1920s and they would come to the Oyster pond and race their model ships. During the annual Regatta the ferrymen and fishermen would dress up and take part in races across the pond.

Arundel Castle

Arundel Castle is the seat of The Dukes of Norfolk and set in 40 acres of grounds and gardens. Arundel Castle has been open to visitors seasonally for nearly 200 years and is one of the Treasure Houses of England, having its own unique place in history. It is home to priceless works of art. It is well worth a visit to see paintings and furniture, tapestries and stained glass, china and clocks, sculpture and carving, heraldry and armour in stunning room settings.

Arundel Wildfowl and Wetlands Centre

The new visitor centre at Arundel Wildfowl and Wetlands Centre is surrounded by ancient woodland and overlooked by the town's historic castle. The wetlands at Arundel are home to many rare species of wetland wildlife.

Chichester

Chichester is a cathedral city in West Sussex, England. It has a long history as a settlement; its Roman past and its subsequent importance in Anglo-Saxon times are only its beginnings. It is the seat of a bishopric, with a 12th century cathedral. Chichester today is a local government stronghold, three levels being administered from here. It is also a transport hub, and the centre for culture in the region, with a Festival theatre and two art galleries. The nearby Chichester Harbour, together with the South Downs, provide ample opportunities for outdoor pursuits.

Bognor Regis

Bognor Regis is a pleasant seaside town situated on the south coast of England, approximately half way between Porstmouth and Brighton and has more recorded hours of sunshine anywhere else in Britain.
